CityMax ("the App") is operated by Soveron Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
The current version of CityMax stores your activity — reservations, tickets, orders, wallet balance, and saved places — locally on your device only. We do not require an account, and we do not transmit your personal data to our servers.
The App displays content for a selected city. It does not access your device's GPS location without your permission.
The current version does not process real payments. When payment features launch, transactions will be handled by PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers; we will not store your card numbers, and this policy will be updated before those features go live.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Because your data lives on your device, deleting the App deletes your data. You can also clear it anytime via your device's app-storage settings.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
We will post any changes to this policy at this URL and update the effective date above.
